As a supervisor (2022-23) oversaw the hiring, management and internal guest relations for Vail Resorts at Park City. As Lead Head Coach (2025-26), helped supervise local programs, coordinated hundreds of ski instructors and guests. Certifications: L2 Alpine, L1 Snowboard, CS1.

• Oversaw and coordinated event planning for the annual Fall Benefit for the Harbor Day School, a private day school. Managed a volunteer staff, oversaw donation acquisition, selected venue, negotiated contracts and raised over $300,000 in donations.

• Conducted Plaintiff side employment litigation in the banks and securities industry for brokers, corporate executives, bank managers, and industry professionals. Managed discrimination cases based on gender, age, race, religion and pregnancy. Reviewed documents for discover and drafted motions. Prepared clients for depositions, hearings and arbitrations proceedings. Represented clients in mediation proceedings.

• Areas of law included: complex commercial litigation, copyright law, class action, federal claims and labor law. Assisted partner in preparation for court conferences, settlement conferences, arbitration meetings and oral argument before the Federal District Court. Second-chaired depositions and motions.

• Drafted and reports for hearings and preliminary reports for preparing judgments for Europe’s highest court. Gained experience with E.C. antitrust and trademark law.

• Monitored companies’ compliance with all SEC rules during hostile bid, drafted comment letters and worked on schedule TO, 14D-9 and 13e-3 rules.

• Main projects included research for asylum cases and hearings: compiling writing and editing documents for court, participated in client interviews.

• Helped maintain the Secretary’s calendar. Scouted meeting locations and accompanied the Secretary to events and meetings outside the office. Researched groups involved in meetings.
