Read and answer emails, check shipped bill of ladings in the customer system to confirm they are in shipped status, daily inbound in site report, support the customer service, bullpen, and welcome center clerks. Make sure everyone is up to speed on the processes and are following the daily tasks for each department. Attend daily start up meeting and the beginning of the shift. Support the warehouse in anything needed for example dock door trailer safety checks. Support the DVS and LTL department in contacting carriers to get an update on estimated time of arrival. Put orders in shipped status in SAP when the carriers pickup. Put inbounds to unload and put empty trailers to load at the doors, by requesting with the yard drivers moves. Checking shorts and making sure to put the needed inbounds to the door to unload. Set up to load trailers in the time they are scheduled to be ready. Make sure the AGV's (robots) moves have no issues and the picking is in a timely matter.
Processed orders daily for either two days our or a few. Answer emails and calls daily, file, created ups and fedex labels, and requested export orders documents for orders that it was needed for. Scheduled orders in several sites for different customers. Supported the other reps with their accounts if needed.
Wave - Process orders, check for shorts, and communicate to customers if there are issues and/or concerns with no stock available. Prioritize the work load, for example AFWS and Amazon are priority over all other work regardless of promotion of certain product. Make sure all the work is completed and all are in loaded status and waves clear from JDA. In Sap make sure all the orders are metered and assigned to the trailer they are loaded on. If there are any issues in SAP with any order for example if there are blocks that will have orders not go to JDA, or orders that are picked and loaded but cannot be put in shipped status. Communicate to our team what trucks are ready, where orders are staged, and copy them on emails send to customer.
Oversee 5-6 customer service reps. I was in charge of the Roland account, process orders and go into the Amazon website get a confirmation number for each order. Send an email to all carriers and schedule daily pickups. Help the drivers picking up and have them sign bill of ladings and communicate where to drop off and pickup trailers. Help other reps on their account if they need the help. All orders need to ship out daily and communicate to customer on any issues and concerns.
