  • Worked closely with organizational leadership and board of directors to develop and execute operational strategy through events and special projects.
  • Oversaw all production elements, guest management, programming and VIPs for 15 events per year to include fundraisers, company offsites, grantee high profile gatherings, summits and academic convenings. Event sizes range from 50 to 2000 guests.
  • Oversaw financial management of a $3M annual events budget and the $4M annual fundraising campaign for the foundation's tentpole fundraiser (Stand Up for Heroes).
  • Guided staff through periods of organizational change, maintaining morale and engagement during transitions.
  • Worked closely with all financial partners and grantees, celebrity ambassadors and high profile donors.
  • Implemented innovative marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
