  • Performs data entry and on-line inquiries for officers; performs data entry of service requests, court summons, and rabies certificates
  • Dispatches calls and maintains dispatch logs; determines call priority; monitors status of all officers in the field
  • Sells animal permits, guard dog collars, hobby kennel permits, and dangerous dog kits; makes daily deposits
  • Performs special assignments and projects as assigned

  • Post-CPCB meeting, Enter Disposition of Allegations on Excel tracking sheet In IA Pro Add hearing to each involved officer, indicate whether endorsed or continued If case was endorsed by Board, on Status tab, enter final finding and date of meeting
  • Generate letters of findings to complainant and to officer(s) Mail letters to complainants and email letters to officers
  • Ordering supplies and equipment
  • Interaction with IMPD and other Law enforcement agencies.
