• Currently working per diem through Aya Health Care in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Neuro, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Spine, IMC, Oncology, and so on at Allina Health, MN.
• I would say I work with most of the Allina Hospitals in the Minneapolis area.

• I was working as a travel RN at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, on the Neuro/Neurosurgical floor and sometimes floated to different floors.
• Provided direct patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Administered medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols, ensuring patient safety and compliance.
• Perform neurological exams: This includes assessing reflexes, cranial nerve function, overall neurological status, and NIH assessment for stroke patients.
• Manage critical care situations, such as stroke, seizure, brain injury, neurosurgery, and administer neuro-specific medications, such as pain meds, thrombolytics, or anticonvulsants, and perform wound care. Monitor for ICP and CSF, as well as EEG monitoring, etc.
• When I was at Mayo Clinic, I was floating to different floors, which gave me a strong patient care background. As the Mayo Clinic is one of the best hospitals in the world for research and groundbreaking innovations, I gained more education.

I was working at United Hospital , MN as a travel RN, on Neuro and Neuro Surgery floor, and sometime I was floating to Ortho, Spine and other floors,

• Perform patient assessment; maintain airway patency by removing mucus and encrusted secretions, and administering medication through a PEG tube.
