I have worked across a spectrum of categories with multi-national companies and iconic brands including Kellogg's Canada, Frito-Lay USA, Budweiser, Bud Light and global experience such as Budweiser Global, Pepsico Global, The Stars Group (PokerStars), The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Coca-Cola global and AT&T. Despite a focus on Account Management I've also received awards credited as a creative and as a media planner reinforcing my ability to immerse myself across disciplines.

  • Let the AT&T Fiber business to unprecedented growth with 12 straight quarters of net subscriber adds.
  • Led cross-functional teams in the rebranding of AT&T Fiber and its first major brand launch of the "Live like a Gigillionaire" campaign. Launch included a Super Bowl ad that trended #1 in the country and the campaign has garnered over 5 billion earned impressions to date. It remains one of the most successful brand campaigns in AT&T history.
  • Drafted the vision and identity for BBDO Dallas to help shape the culture, hiring and overall growth plan.
  • Led DEI presentations for the University of Texas and University of North Texas marketing programs. The presentations were so well received they're now implemented into the curriculum long term.

As the Global Managing Director- ABI, overseeing all aspects of one of Anomaly’s largest Global accounts, Anheuser Busch InBev.

  • Working across Anomaly's network including Toronto, London and Shanghai offices. Responsibilities included managing scope negotiations for each office, maximizing growth opportunities for fee and scope.
  • Additionally participated in multiple winning pitches including The Stars Group, (parent company to PokerStars the world’s largest online poker brand), Coca-Cola Global and FoxBet (Fox Sports initiative into the massive growing sports betting category)
  • Notable achievements: Launching ABI's largest campaign in history, the 2018 World Cup where Budweiser was named most talked about brand (more talked about vs Nike, Adidas, Coca-Cola and McDonalds), 2021 Clio awards for Film and shortlisted at Cannes for Budweiser.

As Managing Director, oversaw all aspects of the agency including staffing, operations, developing a strong agency culture and driving overall growth.

  • Continued as the Account Management lead on Budweiser, Bud Light, ShockTop Canada and USA, Google, SportChek (Canada’s largest sporting goods retailer) respectively.
  • Responsible for all agency wide messaging and monthly ‘State of the Nation’ messaging/presentations.

Notable achievements: Effies, Marketing Awards, CMA’s and Promo awards. The agency had grown to its peak size of 165 employees (Anomaly Toronto was only a total size of 6 people on its opening day in April 2012).

As the Executive Business Director, oversaw all aspects of Account Management, staffing and culture development of the overall agency, reporting directly to the Partner and CEO.

  • Continued to also oversee Budweiser, Bud Light and ShockTop brands in an Account Management capacity.
  • Bud Light was the fastest growing brand in Canada, becoming the #3 brand in the country
  • ShockTop's share grew over 340% and became the #2 Wheat beer in the country

Notable achievements: Effies, Marketing Awards, CMA’s, Promo awards across Budweiser, Bud Light and ShockTop. Key lead on winning pitches for Corona Mexico and The Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC) global assignment. Voted 'Most Inspirational Leader' consecutive years and also received the 'Unreasonable' award for pushing creativity and questioning status quo.

Senior most Account Management lead on the largest account at Anomaly, Budweiser.

  • Responsible for leading integrated campaigns and agency partners in the development and execution of major campaigns.

Notable achievements: Budweiser became the #1 brand in Canada as a result of the ‘Budweiser Red Light’ campaign. The campaign was one of the most awarded in the country and achieved several accolades including an Effie, Cannes Lion, Clio, One Show award, LIAA, Jay Chiat award, Marketing Awards, CMA’s and more. Placed 3rd in the Canadian National Advertising Awards Media Planning competition, credited as a Media Planner. Named 'Employee of the Year'.

Account Management leader and counterpart to multiple Marketing Directors at Frito-Lay.

  • Oversaw the Lay’s USA, SunChips and Ruffles business. During that time leading the Lay’s local campaign which translated to $600MM in incremental sales for the largest food brand in America. This was an all time growth record in Frito-Lay's long history.

Notable achievements: Invited to the NYSE opening bell ceremony. While at Juniper Park, the agency was winner of 6 Effies in 2010, most awarded agency in North America. Winner of five Gold Cassies in 2010, most awarded agency in Canada.

Managing the day-to-day operations on Canada’s largest cereal company, Kellogg’s.

  • Responsibilities included managing the development and execution of campaigns for All-Bran, Mini-Wheats, Nutri-Grain and Eggo Waffles.

Notable achievements: CASSIE’s (Canadian EFFIE) for All-Bran and Eggo Waffles. All-Bran became the #1 cereal brand in Kellogg’s portfolio, “The All-Bran 2-Week Challenge campaign”was adapted in multiple markets around the world including the US, UK and Mexico. Placed 2nd in the Canadian National Advertising Award creative competition and credited as both the Copywriter and the Art Director. Shortlisted at the Global Young Guns creative competition.
