Advanced through four Medical Director positions: Urgent Care (current), Employee Health (current), Eastmont Wellness Center (past), Homeless Health Center (past).

Spent one additional year as Interim Lead Medical Director for Primary Care supervising five Medical Directors. Position later elevated to Associate Chief Medical Office for Primary Care.

  • Managed approximately 30 providers at maximum (direct reports) with 120 staff.

  • Collaborated with large, multidisciplinary team to implement COVID-19 monitoring and safety program. To date we have had less than 5 confirmed patient-employee transmissions and zero deaths in system of roughly 5,000 employees.
  • Produced consistently above average patient satisfaction ratings for unit compared to class. CGCAHPS "recommend this practice" >90% top two box score multiple years.
  • Produced consistently high provider satisfaction ratings. In Safe and Reliable SCORE Survey of 2022, providers rated local leadership at 99th percentile compared to national benchmark. Unit provider annual turnover has been 0% since late 2020.
