  • I have been working in Grand Geneva Resort and SPA as a supervisor in the Banquet Department. I have been involved in planning and overseeing events, this includes venue setup, decorations and menu selection.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, Negotiate contracts with suppliers, chefs and banquet sales directors. Schedule banquet operation, Hire and supervise staff members, monitor staff performance, ensure efficiency in serving and support staff with extra help.
  • Greetings clients, present menus, address guest concern and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Ensure sanitation of the banquet hall, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • My other responsibilities include organizing staff meetings, supervising that the function is closed, and banquet hall is ready for the next event.
