Summary

I started out in a make ready position, mi ed up to a maintenance tech, then to a supervisor while I was working for Greystar. I supervised a maintenance crew of 2 for a 240 unit complex. I have brought a newly developed 280 unit complex online. More recently, I have got a new B.T.R. ( Built to Rent) complex up and running. There were 210 towne house style units here. I am familiar with the types of issues and problems associated with new construction. I have E.P.A. 608 Universal rating and I have my C.P.O.
