Provided operational, administrative, maintenance, and logistical oversight of the Navy's shallow and deep water rescue systems. URC is the sole US provider of Submarine Rescue capability for the United States Navy.

Performed surface and sub-surface support to Military torpedo testing facilities in Dabob Bay (Hood Canal), Ketchikan Alaska, and Nanoose Bay Canada. Performed dam maintenance, environmental husbandry operations, and personnel rescue for the Army corps of engineers (Columbia River System). Operated a Navy dive boat throughout the Puget Sound region and southeast Alaska with a heavy emphasis on crew safety and mission completion. Operated and maintained compressors, generators, re-compression chambers, diver's life support equipment, and various diving apparatuses. Upheld duties as an inside medical tender, and re-compression chamber operator for the regions sole hyperbaric chamber.

Accomplished routine and critical repairs to the entire U.S. Navy 2nd Fleet. Provided dive support on the world's first in-water propeller hub change on the U.S.S. Forrest Sherman. Was instrumental in the setup of a multi organizational rotation maintenance station to the United States Navy's 5th fleet in Bahrain, providing logistics and boots on the ground support. Operated a 60-foot dive boat throughout the Hampton Road's region as head Coxswain, transporting equipment and personnel, and holding station throughout critical dive operations. Provided top quality patient care as an inside medical tender, and recompression chamber operator for the regions hyperbaric chamber.
