  • Served as the subject matter expert on DTS; improved the voucher submission rate and lowered the delinquency rate by 15%. Processed over 200 DTS transactions; $100,000 reimbursed to over 300 Soldiers and civilians in the BN before GTC delinquency
  • I developed and implemented over 20 PRT plans, provided experienced insight and direction for profile-specific workouts, and provided continuity to the incoming DTS manager, enabling a flawless turnover of DTS program manager responsibilities. I also developed detailed BN DTS SOPs, available to all Soldiers, significantly reducing S-3 man-hours spent on basic DTS assistance.
