Work Type

Researcher, educator and writer with over 35 years of experience analysing complex political, economic and social systems. PhD in Chinese Political Economy from King's College London, supported by an MA in Chinese Studies. My career has combined academic research, education, journalism, broadcasting, public communication, historical research and digital technology. I have founded and led educational and research organisations, developed university-level educational materials, published internationally, built early internet-based research services, and more recently have applied frontier AI systems to research, analysis, writing and multimedia production. I am an experienced user of Claude Code, ChatGPT, Qwen and Minimax, using large language models for research, reasoning, structured analysis, prompt engineering, coding assistance and AI-assisted content creation. Seeking opportunities in AI evaluation, model assessment, expert reasoning, research, prompt engineering and subject-matter expertise.

Strategic technology and product leader with 19 years of experience driving enterprise-scale transformation across AI, observability, SRE practices, cloud, automation, and digital platforms. Blend deep architectural expertise with strong commercial and product acumen to build scalable, resilient, and outcome-driven systems.
Experienced in architecting AI-powered platforms that unify ITSM, observability (metrics, logs, traces), automation, and decision intelligence into measurable business value. Strong advocate of SRE principles — SLO/SLI governance, error budgets, reliability engineering, automation safety, and data-driven operational excellence.
As a product-focused executive, lead multi-tenant SaaS platforms from vision to execution — defining roadmap, positioning, competitive strategy, and monetization while ensuring technical depth and execution discipline. Built AI-first systems leveraging RAG, multi-agent orchestration, forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation frameworks with governance controls.
Recognized for bridging business strategy with deep engineering capability — translating complex enterprise challenges into scalable platforms that improve reliability, reduce operational toil, enhance decision velocity, and create long-term competitive advantage.

An organized, flexible, and creative individual, driven by a deep passion for personal growth and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in knowledge. Committed to making a positive impact on the world, finds great fulfillment in engaging in social service activities that contribute to a better future. With a strong desire to continuously improve and a dedication to making a difference, eager to leverage skills and abilities to achieve success in professional endeavors.

AI Tutor and L2 Quality Reviewer with experience training and evaluating large scale generative and multimodal AI systems across audio, video, and text. Skilled in prompt engineering, RLHF, SFT, human-in-the-loop evaluation, and adversarial testing to improve model accuracy, safety, and alignment. Proven in reviewing annotator outputs, generating high-quality training data, and identifying vulnerabilities such as jailbreaks and prompt injection.
