Summary

I am a business development leader with extensive experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am a creative thinker with a client-first approach. I have a strong understanding of how the processes and functions of each team integrate and in turn, impact the business. I was an early employee and key asset to the growth of adtech startup, SpotX, which was acquired by Magnite for $1.2 Billion. I then led the business development efforts for DaaS startup, ICX Media, where I helped secure $10 Million in funding and opened the NYC office. I was hired as the first business development lead for Amazon Publisher Services in NYC to own the largest media clients and help build out new programmatic technology solutions. I ran multiple small businesses including my own consulting business and have worked directly for executives through my career. At Yahoo I drove innovation and expansion of search beyond the standard, traditional relationships. My role at Yahoo was to drive distribution of the search engine under very difficult and complex conditions due to our relationship with Microsoft who powered much of our search engine but also due to a fast changing ecosystem with the rise of AI. I thrive under change and enjoy learning new skills and expanding my comfort zone.

  • Built business case and presented to executive leadership to launch new vertical partnership in the pharmaceutical industry competing directly with GoodRx. Provided better UX to Yahoo searchers while providing recurring revenue projected to be $25M/yr net by year 3. Persevered through complex legal and privacy issues working through 100's of internal meetings with many stakeholders including Yahoo board members from Apollo Private Equity. Deal had to be approved by CFO and other executives.
  • Managed some of the largest existing Search advertising partners which included building relationships, managing all aspects of restructuring and expansion. This includes a large restructuring of a top partner which was projected at Gross/RNOT $358M/$66M over the 7year renewal period. Restructuring was approved by CEO, CFO, and board member from Apollo Private Equity.
  • Helped define, research, and launch new line of business projected to be $120M/YR RNOT. Navigated an industry new to search in 90 days and became an expert to lead internal conversations with executive and legal leadership.
  • Proactively created opportunities for Corporate Development. Presented multiple companies to Corp. Dev. leadership for investment and acquisition targets. These opportunities focused on data, revenue, acquihire, and products.
