· Corporate Benefits Professional with 15 years experience advising HR Leaders and C-Suite Executives on Group Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, 403B, HSA/FSA, Payroll, HR technology, life insurance, voluntary Benefits and Medicare Plans. Partnering with the Director of Benefits to lead the strategy and administration for company-wide, multi state and site employee Health and Retirement Benefit Plans.
· Support annual benefits enrollment process including working with vendors/brokers to managing employee communications, presenting applicable benefit plans to employees, gathering and analyzing data and preparing recommendations. Provide recommendations on current and potential programs to make the benefit package more competitive
