- Mercedes-Benz authorized workshops technical support in diagnostics and repair of all types of combustion engines including AMG, automatic transmission (all generation), HV drive systems and exhaust (up to the Euro VI d/ VII standards) troubleshooting, CAN/ LIN-diagnostics etc.
- Daily work with experts of Mercedes-Benz workshops in all territory of the Russian Federation concerning preliminary treatment and coordinating of search and elimination of various failures of engine management system and their ECUs, transmission, etc.

- Help in repair or, preliminary treatment on places if there’s an obvious need, + consultations with GSP colleagues, if necessary (rarely).
- Stay and, the offer of decisions on processes of search and elimination of the non-standard failures causing difficulties in personnel of workshops, up to direct participation in them.
- Experienced user of the MS Office (full package), MBAG special SW: Xentry platform’ all apps (TIPS Writer, WIS, XPPI, AQUA, ALOA, Xentry Diagnostics and other ones), Adobe Co., Siemens NX.
- Foreign languages knowledge – my English is on good level (B2/ C1). In German, I can read and understand.
- A very long-term experience with Mercedes-Benz cars.
