- Maintained a schedule of annual inspections of trucks and trailers, and filling out annual report forms.
- Monitored the cleanliness of trucks and trailers, inside and outside. Organized the washing and detailing of the company equipment (including the corporate passenger vehicles) - Monitored the availability of all necessary stickers (IFTA, NY), signs, and license plates of the trucks and trailers. Ordered the printing of new stickers and signs.

- Periodic checked of the truck's book, and updated the paperwork.
- Monitored the availability and issuing of the necessary road equipment to the truck drivers (chains, fire extinguishers, straps, tools, tire hose, and various liquids).
- Equipped the brand-new trucks with all necessary road equipment and the papers of the truck's book.
- Installed and connected the Android tablets to the trucks to use the ELD logbook device (Motive/KeepTracking).
- Worked with the EFS fuel card database. Accounted for plastic fuel cards. Issued the cards to the new drivers. Issued the EFS money codes. Weekly changed the credentials for the plastic fuel cards of the current trucks, and individual SMS messages were sent to the company's drivers to avoid fraud.

- Weekly monitored and updated of the data on the periodic service replacement of motor oil for the company's vehicle fleet.

- Prepared of the quarterly report on control over diesel consumption of each truck in the company. Analysis of the obtained results and planned for the increase of the fuel economy of the trucks.

- Worked with the Medstop database app, entered the new applicants and updated the current information of the drivers. Scheduled random drug testing for employees to diminish regularity risks.
