Hi! I’m Donna Thomas, and I am truly passionate about transforming schools into thriving learning communities! Currently, I serve as Assistant Principal at Union Intermediate grades 3-5, where I’ve been hands-on in driving student achievement—whether it’s leading AVID implementation, making data-driven decisions, or rolling out restorative practices that truly make an impact. I love rolling up my sleeves, collaborating with teachers, and creating school cultures where both students and staff feel valued and empowered.
