Pre- Post- Operative nursing care. Left to be caregiver for my terminally ill sister living with me.

Pre and post operative nursing care. Floating to Endoscopy. Floating to chart room to prepare charts and obtain health histories from patients. Left as my position of prn status was terminated.

Homehealth care visits, wound care and IV antibiotics. Shifts inluding trach care, using hoyer lift, G.I. tube feedings, ADLs and administration of medications. Admit new patients and delegate care.

Pre- Post Operative nursing care.

Pre- Post Operative nursing care. Direct admissions from doctors offices. Float to assist with procedures. Transesophageal echocardiograms, tilt table, stress tests, etc... Float to floors to assist with admissions and check to see if patients labs and consents were completed for scheduled surgeries.

Participated in Pulmonary/Cardiac Rehabilitation Home Program. Admit patients to Hospice and delegate care. Visit nursing homes, hospitals and private homes. Weekly meetings to update staff on care of patients.

Medical Intensive Care Unit. Floated to floors and ER overflow.
