Develops and implements specific department policies and procedures and assures that operational standards are created, implemented and monitored.
Initiates, facilitates, implements and monitors quality assurance activities (i.e. CQI projects, data collection, data interpretation, etc.) to ensure operational effectiveness and identification of operational improvement opportunities
