I started working at the age of 14 in the restaurant industry in my aunt's Mexican Restaurant. She opened me the door to the restaurant industry.
I moved from being her assistant to Connie's Pizza where I worked as a cashier and prep cook but I wanted to experience something more then a fast food restaurant so I moved to Benny's Chop House where I started as a polisher in the kitchen and later they moved me to server assistance where I learn the proper ways for a great service. I worked there for almost 5 years when they restaurant decided to close down for good. They recommended me to Ruth's Chris Steak House where I learned to be a barback and started to get interested in the bar. I was there for a few months when Covid hit and then they never reopen again. Finally I started working in Benihana. I started as Busser then in a few month move me to host, became led host, moved to bartender, bar manager and now supervisor.
