Entered the company as a CSR. Throughout my time here at Goodman I have been cross trained in roles of Warehouse, Driver, and assumed various responsibilities of the Branch Manager. I have also provided aid and support to other branches in the Region.

Entered the company as a sales associate. Within the first 7 months I was assigned to 3 various departments while being cross trained in 2 additional departments. After much accomplishment and success I was promoted to be a Department Manager at another location. My responsibilities revolved over 4 Departments managing over 80 associates. Due to much accomplishment and recognition, I am currently taking on the role of Assistant Store Manager.

Accomplishments:

  • 2016 beat sales plan by 21% in the Paint Department, much credit goes the shrink plan of implementing a training program that targeted internal operations. The game plan and follow through with accountability resulted in a huge decrease of $11,000 to $400 monthly
  • 2017 beat year to date sales goal by 11% with a comp of 26% placing my Appliance Department #1 in the District of 11 stores
  • 2018 beat half to date sales by 17% with a comp of 7% in the Hardware Department
  • Developed 4 associates into Sales Specialists and 1 Sales Specialist into a Supervisor
  • Received District Recognition on Best Ad Execution for Black Friday beating plan by 23%
  • Do-It-Herself Captain - Received company wide recognition for best execution of DIH Events. Photos of the event were displayed on the company website and channel
