- Works part time at Shelby High School as a student director and woodwind technician
- Along with ensuring the success of students at band camp, responsibilities included traveling to shows and competitions with the band and fulfilled any duties the head band director could not address
- Outside of the marching season, spent time each week with the reeds in sectionals, individual lessons, and group rehearsal time to ensure their highest quality of performance was being displayed
- During the marching season, helped to organize field rehearsals which included both physical and musical warm-ups, drill rehearsal, and music rehearsal.

- Traveled around Ohio working with multiple high school marching band programs to assist during their band camps. Would remain at each school for approximately a week at a time
- Responsibilities included organizing sectional rehearsals for saxophones and clarinets, instructing on how to play their marching band literature at a performance ready level in addition to learning and reiterating instrument specific fundamentals. Has also assumed leadership of full band field rehearsals, non-woodwind instrument sectionals, or drill specific rehearsals
