As a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) at The Campus summer camp, I have actively engaged in a range of responsibilities designed to enhance both my leadership skills and my ability to support camp operations. One of the activities I did was, assisting camp counselors. I supported counselors by helping to organize and lead daily activities, making sure that all campers were actively involved and having fun. Organizing activities, I took an active role in planning and executing various camp activities such as arts and crafts, sports, and team-building exercises, making sure that each activity was both engaging and fun. Supervising the campers, I provided guidance and supervision to campers, helping to maintain a positive and safe environment. I addressed any issues that came about and worked to ensure all campers felt included. Overall, my experience as a CIT has equipped me with valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving.
