Dedicated and responsible individual with a strong background in babysitting. I create a clean and fun environment for the kids I babysit and try to make fun games to play with them demonstrating how good I am with kids. I am also a Boy Scout who is working towards Eagle and have been learning leadership skills and how to work as a team. Additionally, my experience as a Junior Coach for young swimmers showcases my ability to guide and inspire, making me a fast learner and a dependable team player.
I come prepared to Play games like hid-n-go seek or do fun artwork. If it is nice outside we will often go play in the backyard on their play structure. When they get hungry we make a fun healthy dinner together. When they were ready for bed I put them to sleep.
I send fun photos to the parents to let them know how everything is going.
I help by cleaning the home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room along with doing dishes after I feed them. The kids love to help and I make it a fun game to do these activities.
By maintaining a clean and organized environment, I ensure I set and good example for the kids and I left the place better than when I arrived.
I provided mentoring for kids ages 5-6 years old with swimming. Helped to guide them in the beginning of the swim journey and cheered them on at every swim meet.
This is something that I have done over the past three summers, beginning my 8th grade year. This mentor position is voluntary and it begins in early May and ends in late July each season.
