Working in outside operations, I was able to work with a team to assist the members with their needs, as well as help the club operate smoothly. Also, we did a good job dividing tasks and getting work done in an efficient and timely manner.
As a caddy, I practiced great work ethic and worked very flexible hours. Also, I worked with many different people and personalities, which improved my interpersonal skills and allowed me to build connections.
