I'm a Plumbing Foreman/Supervisor at the largest Biosolids Digester Facility Project(Wastewater Treatment Plant) in San Francisco,CA. I hold a pivotal role in overseeing a skilled crew of 10 workers. My responsibilities encompass coordinating the installation of both rough-in and finish plumbing work, contributing to a project valued at over 1 billion dollars. I oversee the implementation of complex piping systems, including W2, PO, CPAS, SCPAS, TAS, WAS, Centrate, and Filtrate, ranging in size from 3/8” diameter up to 18”inch ensuring that all installations meet industry standards and project specifications. My leadership not only drives productivity and efficiency but also fosters a safety-first culture among our team, which is crucial in a facility handling nearly 80% of the city’s storm and wastewater annually.
Most of my accomplishments include managing timelines effectively, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all of which are essential for the successful operation of this crucial infrastructure.
