During my tenure at Dollar General's Newnan Distribution Center for six months, I consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality control. Initially hired as an unloader, I efficiently handled the unloading of 48- to 53-foot trailers and containers, ensuring accuracy and maintaining high standards in inventory management. My dedication and precision in this role led to a promotion to forklift operator within just two months.

As a forklift operator, I further honed my time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, all while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency and workplace safety. Despite the challenges, I have consistently demonstrated reliability, efficiency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

While I appreciate the experience gained in this role, the lack of consistent hours, low wages, and overall job instability have led me to seek new opportunities. My goal is to transition into a position that offers longer shifts, higher pay, and the ability to further develop my skills in logistics, factory work, and plant operations—areas where my strengths in quality control, efficiency, and problem-solving can be best utilized.
