HELP DESK

• As a Help Desk Service Member, I assisted clients with program that is newly integrated into their daily work flow. Answering Questions, Providing walk through processes for FAs and BOAs & transferring them to other departments if further assistance is needed.
• Used Salesforce daily to assist incoming calls.

• As a Full Time Sales Associate, I conducted a team or either Opening or Closing associates to ensure that the daily tasks of the store were completed in a timely manner such as (Putting New Product Out, Tagging Sales Shoes, Dusting Shelving, Fixing The Walls to look and catch the customers eye, Designing new floor plans).
• As well as assisting customers with any questions or concerns that they might have and getting them fitted with a new pair of shoes.
• As well as my Sales, I was cross trained in our Stock Room where I was assigned to Break Down 40+ boxes of merchandise (Shoes, Clothes, Accessories, etc.) in a timely manner, Bring out any requested shoes to our salesmen on the floor for customers, and as well as putting up the product in its respective shelf in the Stock Room.
