1. Inspected Clearing operations from start to finish.

2. Inspected installation of ECD's Per E&S plans prior to the grading process.

3. Inspected and documented the coating of girth welds, holiday detection, painting of above ground sites, and installation of all test stations throughout the project, along with capturing all photos with theodolite of coated welds prior to backfill operations.

4. Inspected the installation of all slide mitigation items such as highwall revetments, 4" daylight drains, 2" passthroughs, ETC.

5. Inspected pigging operations, and testing operations from taking thermistor readings to making sure we had our -40 dew point, ETC.

6. Inspected padding and backfilling operations throughout projects.

• Managed a team of 18 inspectors and placed each individual on crews to cover each task as needed on 20 miles of 20" pipe.
• Put together job books that included coating forms, final jeep forms, and painting forms for the whole project.
• Overlooked each individual inspectors report to ensure that everything was good and all footages aligned with there foreman's reports.
• Inspected and documented the coating of multiple girth welds on tie-in and mainline crews, along with painting and the installation of type 2 and type 4 test stations throughout the project.
• Oversaw each crews daily tasks to ensure all aspects of construction went smoothly and stayed in communication with the chief and construction supervisor as needed.

• Inspected slip areas with the installation of multiple drains within bonding benches, engineered fill on our bonding benches, toe keys, surface rock lined swales, rip rap underdrains, and also ECD’s throughout the project.
• Inspected Soil nail wall installations such as buried mesh wall systems, and exposed mesh wall systems with GSI on the project.
• Documented all daily operations using the Goformz APP.

• Inspected Multiple Soil nail wall installations such as buried mesh wall systems, and exposed mesh wall systems with GSI on the project.
• Inspected the installation of shotcrete soil nail walls within our ROW, along with micropile caps on the project to protect the pipeline.
• Inspected slip areas with the installation of multiple drains within bonding benches, engineered fill on our bonding benches, toe keys, surface rock lined swales, rip rap underdrains, and also ECD’s throughout the project.

• Inspected trenching, lowering-in, and backfilling processes on a tie-in crew.
• Inspected environmental and reclamation crews progress throughout the work day.
• Helped Tetra Tech with Slip Mitigation controls (4” drain breakers/2”passthrough breakers ETC).
• Recorded all daily progress and data using the Goformz app.
• Inspected the installation of ECD’s throughout the ROW.

• Inspected Coating of welds and took Dew point, DFT, SHORE D hardness, and surface profile readings during the coating process, along with the documentation of it all.
• Inspected the installation of test stations and jeeping of line pipe and welds, along with the documentation of it all.
• Inspected ditching, lowering-in, and backfill.
• Inspected the contractor splicing the wiring and hooking up for the completion of test station heads, along with the documentation of it all.
• Completed test station drawings for gas company's documentation.

• Inspected Clearing, Grading, Trenching, Lowering-in, and Backfill processes.
• Inspected Coating of welds and took Dew point, DFT, and surface profile readings during the coating process.
• Inspected the installation of test stations and jeeping of line pipe and welds, along with the documentation of it all.
• Inspected Stringing and bending of the mainline pipe to make sure no pipe was defective or buckled before it was strung throughout the ROW.
• Inspected conventional bores throughout the project.
• Completed test station and anode bed installation drawings per the gas company's requirement.

• Inspected Clearing of trees and the staking of ROW with a survey crew.
• Inspected the Stringing and bending of the mainline pipe to make sure none was defective or buckled before hitting the ROW.
• Documented all daily Operations.

• Inspected Blasting, Grading, Trenching, Lowering-in, and Backfill processes.
• Inspected Coating of welds and took Dew point, DFT, and surface profile readings during the coating process.
• Inspected the installation of test stations and jeeping of line pipe and Welds.
• Sat on HDD bores throughout the project, along with conventional.

• Inspected Trenching, lowering-in, and backfill on multiple tie-in crews throughout the project.

• Tallied Pipe with inspectors for multiple pipe yards.
• Consisted of measuring every joint, writing the heat number, grade, wall thickness, size, and length at either end as they were unloaded off of the trucks.
• Also inspected each joint for any visual holiday that could be repaired.

● Captured weld information (joint numbers, heat numbers, welder identification, size, grade, and wall thickness and filled out a pipeline construction record for Dietrich to Crescent Project).

● Captured and recorded points on a geographic information system unit (trimble).

● Inspected clearing, grading, trenching, and backfilling operations.

● Line walker-Located and marked Ritchie South Phase II project (37 miles).

• Used the trimble unit to map out and flag the line for the gas company's purposes.
