- Care for patients on ECMO (VA, VV, and VAV configurations), Impella CP/5.0/5.5, IABP, LVAD/RVAD (HeartMate 3), and CRRT.
- Monitor and manage invasive hemodynamics: pulmonary artery catheters, arterial lines, CVP, continuous cardiac output/index, and mixed venous oxygen saturation
- Titrate vasoactive, inotropic, and antiarrhythmic medications including epinephrine, norepinephrine, vasopressin, milrinone, dobutamine, and amiodarone based on patient status and provider-directed goals.
- Collaborate with Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, APPs, Pharmacists, Respiratory therapists, Perfusionist, and nursing leadership to anticipate deterioration and optimize patient outcomes.

10 Months- Supported ICU nurses caring for critically ill patients, including post-CABG patients and patients requiring IABP, Impella, and invasive hemodynamic monitoring.
