- My father owns M.&M Construction. We mainly work on the exterior of homes and buildings doing repairs or replacement of roofs, gutters /downspouts, decks, siding / trim, and doors/windows. I work with him part time so this would not interfere with a full time job.
- All interior work he gets from things like leaking roof, doors, or windows, ect he send me to do the interior work because I have more experience in that area of construction, however I also do have some experience in wood and hardie board siding / trim, vinyl siding and soffits, roofing, gutters/downspouts, and, windows/doors.
- In addition to this I also have some experience in water management around homes and waterproofing basements. I have operated mini excavators, and dingoes.

- I worked with the owner of the company and one other framer and we built detached garages in 2 to 5 day windows depend on size.
- We framing the garages from the ground up, then had trusses delivered and we all three had to lift the trusses and install them. Once in awhile we had to have a crane come in due to heights of the garage.
- We also built the forms for the garage foundations/slab and on roughly half of the garages we would have a concrete truck deliver concrete and pour the concrete and we would float it out ourselves.
- After about a month or a month and a half the owner started having me in the one other framer build the garages and he would come in and help us set the trusses once we were done framing the walls and door / window openings to his specified drawings.

I handled all other repairs, maintenance and updates, including but not limited to roof and exterior building components repairs, minor electrical repairs and updates. For example I would running new wiring for appliance, or other electrical fixtures if there was room in the main panel to add a breaker, I handled all plumbing repairs and updates from the basement floor all the way through the home to the plumbing vent stacks at the roof. If the main sewer line needed replaced underground then we would call in a licensed plumber. I was responsible for all cosmetic repairs or replacement updates throughout the buildings including but not limited to drywall, trim, flooring, painting, installation of bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, closet selfs, windows, and interior / exterior doors and door hardware.

- Conducted detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties for realtors and or their clients. Typically a home purchase, or purchase of a commercial building is most likely going to be someone's biggest investment of their life. My responsibility was to help these clients through the home or building buying process which can be highly stressful at times. As a home inspector, my job was to make the clients understand the condition of the property, and any potential safety or hazardous concerns to help in reduce the liability of them purchasing a property with potentially very expensive, and or safety related issues.
- Identified any potential hazards, safety concerns, or areas that needed repaired or updated due to age or safety risks. I did this through visual inspection and testing at each residential or commercial property Ininspected for my clients.
- Provide detailed inspection report on site at the end of each inspection. I would be making stops typically after each floor of the property to put in notes and pictures for areas of concern that noted during my inspection. make sure the clients were aware of. I would write the comments has major or minor issues to make it easier on the clients to understand what is minor or typical maintenance at a property of that age, and what was something that could be more expensive, a safety risk or needed addressed sooner than later.
