I retired from the Air Force at McGuire AFB, NJ. As the manager of the Aircraft Maintenance Superintendents for the 621st Air Mobility Maintenance Squadron.

Managed, equipped and oversaw the training of aircraft mechanics that were tasked to deploy on a moments notice to anywhere in the world.

Managed the daily flightline maintenance production activities. Attended the morning and afternoon maintenance meetings to brief and update the status of the maintenance production activities.

Accomplishments

I was selected to form a new aircraft maintenance squadron that is capable to deploy at a moments notice. I interviewed and chose the key leaders and together we then interviewed and chose the required skills and experience maintainers to man the squadron. My processes are still in use today.

As an EMT for the Clinton Rescue Squad I set up, equipped, and trained instructors for the squad's community education and training program and their Cadet training program. The cadet program has been adapted county wide based on the success of my original design.
