I am responsible for ensuring the inventory levels of the store are maintained and products are displayed in an organized manner.

My responsibilities during my shift are

- ensure all products are stocked accurately and in a timely manner.

- Organize the products on shelves, keeping like items together and ensuring that they are easily accessible to customers.

-Monitor inventory levels, alerting management when products are running low or out of stock.

- Keep the store clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping the sales floor and backroom.

- Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about merchandise.

- Unload deliveries and stock products in designated areas.

- Perform price checks and update signage as necessary

. - Occasionally assist with merchandising creating attractive displays. - Follow all safety procedures and policies.

Responsibilities:

-Engage customers to identify their wireless needs, suggest products and services that meet those needs, and strengthen the customer's understanding of why Verizon is the best wireless provider solution for them

-Demonstrate exceptional customer service through the entire sales process, including handling account activations, service/plan changes, and billing inquiries.

-Meet or exceed established sales targets for both individual and team performance.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon's products and services, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

-Participate in ongoing training and development programs to ensure consistent excellence and growth.

-Actively participate in operational tasks related to the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and other duties as assigned.
