with the railroads I was stepping into a new environment. Working 5 days a week, 12 hours a day overnight. Learned how to ground for a train for 2 weeks and became a certified groundman. After this, I trained in a hostler for 2 weeks and became certified in a hostler truck. In the warehouse I learned to manage inventory, and drive box trucks. I’m looking for a permanent job where I can learn a skilled trade or something equivalent.
