I've always grown up to be a very hardworking, positive and reliable worker. My room for growth has always been my drive. Bartending for so long became easier as the years went on, I have dealt with my share of difficult people, and the steps I have to take on to manage and control a situation the best I can. Im used to the busy, fast paced environments, I like to be busy, proactive, making sure everyone's need are all set, and they are a happy customer. If there is an issue presented, I must do what I can to solves that issue, ask for help around me and communicate with the how to come up with a solution. I love people, meeting people, learning about them, working with them, I love extending my positivity to others and showing that we care, but also understanding people and how to work together.
