Responsible for keeping to store standards while preparing the team through changes occurring intermittently. Has full control over the store while the store director is not present. Handles employee issues effectively, customer problems and technical issues that are detrimental to the store operations. Administers training to new employees, coordinates with others to determine hiring needs and to identify and select candidates for interviews. Ensures new
hires are aware of all policies, procedures, and receive the proper/required training.

Responsible for the operations of the entire store when the Store Director and Assistant Store Director are not present. Initiated and implements backroom and center of the store plans for efficient ordering and inventory. Assisted in ordering, receiving storing, pricing, stocking and merchandising.

Assisted store manager with daily tasks and issues. Review team members weekly schedule to ensure a fully staffed department. Resolved customer service issues. Trained employees on customer service and efficiency. Oversee customer service, cashiers, and courtesy clerks while implementing strategies to increase productivity..

Responsible for creating sale targeting and impactful displays. Cleaned, kept inventory and maintained the
backroom. Maintained good communication with outside vendors on product placement.
