Managed all operations of a warehouse at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, the largest in the U.S. Army, providing Class II, Class IX and Class XIII services to store and distribute sensitive supplies and equipment valued at $4 million+. Responsible for freight estimating, inbound/outbound scheduling and shipping/receiving record keeping for water, food/rations, weapons, parts, office supplies and other items. Provided leadership, training and direction to a five-person team.

• Coordinated the unloading, receiving, checking, inspection and storage of daily deliveries; also verifying of freight against invoices and preparation of damage claims.

• Supervised daily inventory counts and load verifications; managed full physical inventories and cycle counts, and partnered with auditors to facilitate audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Filled daily orders for 800+ rations and 7,000+ pallets of water to the 1/10th Brigade Support Battalion Dining Facility; also distributed 60+ RTE meals.

• Pulled and processed 27,000+ material release orders and 1,600+ priority walk-thrus, and managed inventory for 2,035 lines of inventory representing $1.853 million.

• Optimized productivity during normal and peak periods by cross-training staff in multiple functions while personally filling in where needed during staffing shortages.


• Delivered cargo and supplies to correct departments; stocked and shelved all other equipment, materials and supplies; marked stock items, attaching any required paperwork.

• Enforced compliance with U.S. Army and OSHA standards to operate forklifts, trolleys, vans, trucks, carts, trailers and pallet jacks, and keep the warehouse in a safe and orderly condition.

• Maintained accurate shipment and inventory records and log books; monitored and maintained warehouse inventory; checked inventory to ensure an adequate supply of materials at all times.
