1. I was responsible for daily cleans or all floors and LAD floors depending on certain
requests from my supervisors.
2. Over the past 2.5 years I have grown in my position and my director informed me that
my leadership skill are very good, so I was moved up and requested that I begin to train others on the company standards for my position as a Environmental Technician.
3. I insisted that I be crossed trained so that I can help other teams become better at their
positions and I am always trying to learn and get better in my profession.
4. Over the past 2.5 years due to my fast paced learning I have been able to learn the entire
hospital Environmental Services schedule.
I am a person that learns very fast at any task that I am given. I am always seeking to
learn and gain more knowledge, so that I can be an assest to my employer.

I was a 3rd\1st shift supervisor and my daily task and duties were to make sure that
all daily tasks were completed which included the following:
1. Setting team member schedules for upcoming shifts for the week.
2. Ordering supplies for my department/s.
3. Reviewing contracts for adding new task to my team members schedules for higher productivity.
4. Over seeing the maintaince of dept equipment for upcoming work schedule.
5. Monitoring the daily output of my team members to ensure the completion on daily task list and the enficiency of their work.
I started on the line learning all the products on the menu, and my supervisor saw that I learned the menu fast, so I was later moved up to train others in the company standards.
My duties required that I train all the new employees that were in the process of
being on-boarded and getting them to the status of running the line on their own.
