I currently work in the Cross Regulatory program (CARP) group as a Senior program manager driving remediation of issues found in the FR2052a exam. My overall responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program.
• Applies in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the subfunction as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function.
• Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understand the program schedule and key milestones.
• Escalates program risks to the Program Director, or Program Sponsor, when appropriate.
• Collaborate with development teams, internal customers, and product line management to verify delivery of desired quality requirements to distributors.

• Rolled out of Markets products and applications throughout Latin American countries
• Oversaw large portfolio of projects to support teams, report progress, and influence positive outcomes for key stakeholders.
• Communicated project plans and progress to key stakeholders and project contributors.
• The Markets business is a high-paced environment where traction, execution, and clear solutions/next steps are demanded and expected
