Weld out forms in a pattern specific to Helser Industries using .035 hard wire

Repair any warping of the sheet metal

using heat, and or wieghts to straiten .

inspect welds for defects

Operated welding equipment to join metal components effectively using

.052 86r Fabcor wire.

Build any parts following a blueprint and installing them onto a cell tower.

Complete any other job duties I may have been assigned each day.

Inspect and repair any defects or warping of the material, and or welds

Fab all connection parts for each job following blueprints, using many different tools, and machinery to complete each part.

Weld whatever parts needed to be welded, using .035 hardwire.

Kept a daily record of which parts went to shipping, or to another department to be installed.

Used tools and other equipment were,

Iron worker, mag drills, drill press, plasma cutter, grinders, forklift, jib/overhead crain, and many others
