I’ve spent the last 19 years in the world of veterinary emergency medicine, with the past 14 focused on leading the shift at Points East. As the veteran member I take the Lead in keeping the crew organized and level-headed when things get hectic.
On the technical side, I handle calculating exact dosages, assisting in surgeries, and managing hospitalized patients throughout the shift, running diagnostic test ( blood work, radiographs). Keeping detailed logs of every procedure and treatment while acting as a bridge for our clients to help them understand exactly what’s happening with their cases.
