Removed, replaced, and painted siding and trim on multi-level apartment complex.

Remove and replace frame trim and build custom doors all exterior hot water heater closet's.

Remove and replace existing fences between units.

Remove and replace damaged roofing and flashing.

Removal of existing vinyl and wood plank floors and replace with interior trim.

Remove and replace kitchen cabinets and appliance’s. Replace closet and interior doors

in multiple apartments down town Santa Barbara.

Executed the installation of tailored doors for an opulent residence along Santa Barbara's beachfront.

Total removal and replacement of all exterior trim on an 1800 sq ft home.

Removed damaged plywood siding and installed new replacements.

Nail existing siding, flashing and flash tape throughout .

Recover house wrap caulk and replace trim with 5/4 cedar and 8” horizontal lap hardy siding.

Removal of a one piece fiberglass shower and replaced with tile. Some drywall.& swapped out one interior door and one exterior door in her garage.
