- I host at First Watch where I would greet customers and sit them on a rotation if no servers were up to seat themselves
- I would also be responsible for putting customers on waitlists if we had a wait or checking in customers who placed a reservation online
- Finally, I would cash out customers at the end of their meal making small talk with them leaving them with a friendly and hospitable impression
- I also to-go lead at First Watch as well where I worked in the kitchen bagging to-go orders and helping expedite the orders for the restaurant when to-go orders were slow.2
- I also serve at First Watch where I have to greet customers at their tables, accurately record their orders, input that into our POS for our kitchen to prepare, and then bring their food out or other tables food out not in my section if need be
- Some notable responsibilities include preparing our juices and drinks, from basic ingredients, such as iced coffee and alcoholic drinks
- My final responsibility at First Watch would be bussing where I buss tables after customers leave and prepare them for the next set of customers
- This included removing all the drinks and trash off the table, setting up the plates for servers to pick up, and then wiping down the table and organizing the table such as salt and pepper shakers, ketchup, and hot sauce bottles

- My primary duty was to search for items for our online orders from the store and package them for shipment which I would also take to the post office
- I had to be proficient in my organizational, communicative, and teamwork skills to efficiently send out these packages every day by a certain deadline while working efficiently with coworkers
- In rare scenarios, I would have to work alone through this process improving my multi-tasking capabilities
- My other duty was to work on the floor where I would organize our clothes tables or racks and assist customers with their needs
