Use a variety of learning modalities to include demonstrations, activities, lecture presentations and discussions to facilitate the learning process for an Introductory Psychology class. Guided first year students through the freshman experience. Provided timely academic progress information and feedback. Guided students through mandatory college research requirement.

Created and implemented AP Psychology and AP Human Geography curriculum to meet requirements of the College Board. Mentored teachers in teaching of both subjects. Produced a 95% AP test passage rate over 11 year time period.

Taught multiple Social Studies subjects. Successfully created and implemented Advanced Placement Psychology beginning in 1994 until retirement in 2006. Served as Head Varsity Baseball Coach from 1973-2006. Worked as an AP essay reader and consultant for the College Board 1994-present.
