As a wine team leader, I contributed to achieving $5.7M in sales. I curated an award-winning wine list, producing record revenues and global recognition. I also played a key role in delivering one of DFW's most profitable bar programs.
I created and managed a premium luxury beverage program, focusing exclusively on Italian wine and a bar program inspired by prohibition-era cocktails matched to craft spirits and European aperitifs. My pursuits included redesigning organizational strategy and procedures to enhance service standards and efficiency. Moreover, I supervised purchasing and related costs, ensuring a favorable net revenue. I conducted weekly tastings of our premium products, keeping staff aware of our offerings.
