Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, data centers, and telecommunication system and ensure the stability and security of the company’s network for all US locations.
Collaborate with the Central SAP Application/Operations team to customize and implement changes to existing SAP ERP platforms/modules and provide local user support
Client administrator tasks, including end-user support, workstation deployments, authorizations, and reporting requirements, to maintain efficient operations.
Analyze network performance and usage trends to plan for future network expansion and upgrades, accommodating growth and technological advancements.
Manage data/voice networks, phone systems, mobile device deployments, and evaluate solutions to ensure seamless communication and connectivity.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, contracts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Manage Life-Cycle of IT Equipment and Software. Coordinate the purchasing of IT equipment for all US locations, including determining requirements, pricing, ordering, and tracking
Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect IT infrastructure and data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, new implementations, and infrastructure improvements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high levels of productivity and morale within your team
Identify Innovations, changes and alternate ways to achieve savings within the organization, through new product recommendations and vendor identification, optimizing cost-efficiency, use of Automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions that would be beneficial to the organization
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
