Supervised 12 part-time shift managers between two locations plus membership & marketing support staff. Project managed a logo rebranding, a new modernized website, plus an overhaul of the membership enrollment platform from a manual paper process to on-line. Developed and conducted new and current member events to generate new business plus increase current member satisfaction.

Co-owned a 19,000 sq. ft. grass roots retail operation, grossing up to $1.7 million in annual retail sales. Managed all aspects of front-end operations including staff management (hire, train, evaluate, terminate), facility design, point of sale operations in addition to marketing & promotion. Initiated positive partnerships with independent business owners and securing and managing sales contracts.
