• I am a Crew Chief who report's to work on time every day who is responsible for 2-4 other guys the
• first start of the day upon receiving the deck of the boat from the pull man I first foam spray the fish box live well and coolers
• Then me and my crew push the deck in our grinding bay where we then sheer back face and grind the deck
• Once we are finished we thenpush the deck back outside of the booth where i spray interior gray gel on areas that would be visible to the customer
• Me and my crew also cut liners of the boat using various air and battery powered tools such as air saws saw zaws sheer saws drills hole saws return and offset cutters
• orking as a team we also help flip and cut decks and sometimes grind hulls and even small parts all while while working in a safe manner wearing the right PPE
