I have used Tai Chi & Chair Exercise to assist with decreasing Tremor's in hands of Parkinson patient.  I have also worked with Fall Safety in Facility & also in Home.  I believe in using the Mat & the Floor if it can be tolerated to improve flexibility & agility.  I have had success working in Geriatric Population it is truly a joy serve the Elderly Thank You for your time Donald L Carter Jr
