
Before becoming an Ingredient Handler, I worked as an ESPU Coordinator, ensuring staff completed their tasks correctly and that all machinery was washed and prepared promptly so production could resume smoothly on each shift. My responsibilities included payroll processing, confirming that employee hours were accurate, and creating schedules to assign team members to their appropriate work areas. I also earned my tow motor (forklift) license, which I continue to use in my current role. I have been with my company for 31 years.
